I cannot begin to say how wonderful and professional Ms. Lay is. She spoke with me at all crazy hours of the day and didn’t matter the day because she knows I have a busy schedule. I was fortunate to find Ms. Lay online. She impressed me immediately with her considerable knowledge regarding cases similar to mine and I found myself inclined to hire her right away. I met her in advance at her office located only a block from the courthouse. She’s extremely easy to speak with and seems to wear a constant smile. She is clearly experienced, smart, professional, detail oriented, and she knows her way around the legal system. She will do everything she can to pull information about a case from her client, even information the client may not deem important to the case, and then she will use the information to her client’s advantage any and every way she can. She will speak with the district attorney and attempt to establish the best outcome for her client in advance. She is comfortable in the courtroom and will argue her client’s case in front of the judge with a combination of charm and fierce determination. I don’t even know where to begin! She’s so considerate, understanding, and friendly. She has put in all her effort into my case(s). She would keep me up-to-date with everything. Prior to retaining Sakhouy I was getting no response and the complete run around from a property owner who damaged my vehicle. When I hired her, she contacted them with our demand and was able to settle the case favorably. I’ve referred many clients to her and will continue to use her in the future.
